About You
A qualified accountant who will be able to demonstrate a continuous improvement approach to work, including identifying areas for process improvements and implementing robust solutions. You will have the ability to not only understand and be comfortable with the detail but also to summarise key aspects for to aid decision making.
Advanced Excel skills are required to deal with large volumes of complex data. Other attributes include: * Quick learner * Team player * Attention to detail * Ability to work with and influence operational colleagues, most of whom are at a more senior level in the company * Confident presenter to large groups with the ability to articulate complex issues to the management team * Persistence and drive to get the job done
About The Role
You will be required to provide consistent, accurate and timely financial information for senior management decision making on bill of costs and investment for development projects, other ad hoc projects as required. * Provide consistent, accurate and timely project financial information to key stakeholders. * Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of aspects of the project that influence the financials, including investment, production bill of material costs and prototype bill of material costs. * Drive accountability of and provide advice to budget holders, as well as providing them with the tools necessary to track progress against their financial targets.
