You will be receiving inbound calls only and you will need to sell specialist packages to those customers calling to suit their needs. You need to be a self starter and a highly motivated individual with an excellent telephone manner in order to excel in this role.
Your duties will include: • Maximising sales targets and achieving business objectives. • Ensuring all clients records are updated effectively. • Overcoming all objections and queries professionally and timely. • Helping to provide a positive and friendly environment to work in.
Your communication skills must be excellent in order to deal with every call effectively. You will be required to work shifts set a month in advance equaling no more than a 35 hour week
Ideal Candidate: • A proven team player, sales orientated and target driven person. • 1-2 years minimum experience in a customer facing role • Experience in a sales environment, face to face or telephone, with proven levels of success.
