.NET Team Leader/Lead Developer for a leading London based financial company. The successful applicant will come from a .NET (C#) background with experience managing teams of Developers. Must have experience of the whole development life cycle. Any HTML and JScript experience is a plus as is financial services experience. You should have knowledge of project management and development methodologies. The role will involve managing a team of 6 Developers where you will be responsible for the performance management, recruitment, mentoring and personal development. You must be a strong communicator with the ability to form strong working relationships with a variety of different people from Project Heads to Business Analysts to testing teams.
